MDGs

The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) are a set of eight key objectives related to development that provide a comprehensive framework through which to address the most pressing issues of poverty. The Millennium Declaration was signed in 2000 by 189 of the world’s leaders; it established 2015 as the deadline by which the MDGs should be achieved. We are working with our Members and the entire international community for achievement of the Millennium Development Goals.
