Meaningful transformation is challenging. A holistic strategy is not only essential for success, but it can act as a guide when addressing complex real-world problems. We are an ideal partner for a solid strategy in creating an implementation roadmap for success. Good roadmaps are always living documents that are updated over time, but they also help ensure long-term success.
We have supported countries in developing digital transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps across a number of sectors, including agriculture and food, transport and logistics, education, and health. Our approach has always been holistic and inclusive. We engage with multi-sector stakeholders from the onset in the development process, and ensure the voice of marginalised and vulnerable communities are incorporated in strategies and roadmaps as part of our commitment to leave no one behind.
