Multi-Sector Stakeholder Engagement, Advocacy and Mobilization

Multi-Sector Stakeholder Engagement, Advocacy and Mobilization

There is no shortage of good ideas in the world. But a good idea alone is not enough. Often what separates a successful project from “just an idea” is successful stakeholder engagement. We have decades of experience in managing multi-sector stakeholders. Our experience helps us understand exactly who needs to be at the table, and when.

Transformative change, by its very nature, requires active participation by many different groups. It is not enough to just identify the stakeholders, it is essential to plan for advocacy, outreach, mobilisation and communication. These components are well integrated in all our projects.
